    The Sweetwater County Concert Association will kick off its 75th year concert season with Six Appeal. During the 2014-15 season, the concert association has four concerts slated.     The mayor of Bairoil was recently charged with two counts of nepotism in a case accusing the mayor of hiring family members to municipal posts. Sue Rigano was served with a summons Tuesday following the Sweetwater County Commission meeting in Green River. According to the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office, nepotism is a misdemeanor that carries a possible maximum possible penalty of a fine of not more than $1,000.     The body of a missing woman from Illinois was recovered last week, according to a press release from the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office. The body of 28-year-old Teresa Withers was found at Barrel Springs Draw Wednesday morning by members of Sweetwater County Search and Rescue. According to the release, Withers died as a result of exposure and hypothermia, with Sweetwater Coroner Dale Majhanovich commenting that evidence of any foul play was not evident at the location of Withers’ body.
