    The Green River High School Speech and Debate Team recently returned from National Speech and Debate Tournament, which took place in Dallas. Head coach Carina Stulken said Alexander Marchal made it to the semifinal round of extemporaneous debate and placed seventh out of 688 debaters in the nation.     Competing in a total of 132 matches, 13 wrestlers from Green River recently competed in Paonia, Colo. against teams from Colorado, Utah and Nebraska. Coach Marshal Rhodes said some of the wrestlers competed in as many as 14 matches during their trip. "That is a lot of wrestling in a short time period," Rhodes said. The 2015 class will include three individuals and the 1974 to 1977 boys swim teams who captured four consecutive state titles.
