    The Green River Girls Middle School team took first in two competitions last week. Their opening meet, which took place in Lyman, resulted in the girls taking the meet with a score of 213 to Lyman’s 101. A second, larger meet at Jackson Hole Middle School, also ended with a victory for Green River. The team earned 353 points in Jackson, nearly 100 more than JHMS and 220 points more than third-place finisher Pinedale Middle School.     A Halloween bust scared up more than $138,000 in money believed to have been used in illicit drug purchases Saturday morning. A traffic stop near Exit 107 in Rock Springs at 10 a.m. Saturday morning started when a 2015 Chevy Malibu was stopped for speeding 80 mph in the 75 mph zone.     A man was sent to jail Halloween night after he allegedly repeatedly rear-ended the vehicle in front of him at the McDonald’s drive-through in Green River.     OCI completed the sale of its 73 percent stake in OCI Resources LP Oct. 26, according to a press release issued by the company. Earlier this year, OCI announced it would sell its stake to Istanbul, Turkey-based company Ciner Enterprises Inc. for approximately $430 million. The sale will result in a name change for the company, which will now be called Ciner Resources LP.     A 40-year-old Utah resident died at Greens Draw Friday night. According to officials from the Daggett County Sheriff’s Office, Ryan Gardiner of Vernal, Utah, sustained serious injuries after being pinned between a camper and a vehicle.
