    The Green River High School Speech and Debate team ended 2019 on a high note with their recent competition at the Holiday Classic at Cheyenne East in December.     Two members of the Green River High School varsity football team were listed All State, according to information released by the Wyoming Coaches Association. The two All-State selections are Thomas Harvey and Payton Tucker, while Sophomore Dylan Taylor joins the duo on the All-Conference list.     A vehicle chase early Sunday morning ended when a Green River Police Department officer determined the chase was too dangerous to continue.     A fire burning east of the Flaming Gorge Reservoir has burned hundreds of acres since it was reported Sunday afternoon. Her remains were found Tuesday after the 2005 Gray Chevrolet Avalanche truck she was driving with a Honda CRF 450R red-and-white motorcycle in the back were located Sunday.
