    The image of an older miner leading a younger miner immortalized in bronze was revealed to residents during the annual River Festival celebration last weekend. The statue, titled "Shift Change" was sculpted by Green River artist Bryan Cordova.     Ten members of Green River’s USA swim club attended the state swimming championship in Gillette July 17-19. Swim coach Randy Walker said he would have liked to have more swimmers attend, but due to summer vacations and obligations, a majority of the swimmers from the club could not make it to the competition.     External cost adjustments do make for a better budget. Tuesday night, the Sweetwater County School District No. 2 board passed the 2015-2016 budget. The $65.9 million budget, without those cost adjustments, would have been a bit more difficult to build.     An employee at the Shopko Hometown store employee got a shock Sunday morning when she saw a mountain lion between the store and the Grace Tabernacle Church. The Green River Police Department responded to the call, but were unable to locate the animal, however possible mountain lion tracks were found around Stratton Myers Park. Det. Cpl.
