    Local Junior Golfer Isabell Salas represented Wyoming at a Colorado Junior Cup series event at 3 Crowns Golf Course in Casper this past week. The event was a two-day, 36-hole competition.     The Wyoming State Golf Association (WSGA) hired golf professional Matt Kantor as their new Director of Operations and Tournaments this year. This position was previously held by former Green River resident Dave Snyder, who was also the former Head Golf Professional at Rolling Green Country Club from 1998-2004.
